Winter 2025 Session

Below you will find all the information about our winter session
(dates, prices, required level, name of the person in charge, etc.).

Even if the session is listed as ‘Sold out’, ‘à la carte players’ can join the group
for one session ($10) depending on the number of absences.
Simply write to the G.O. for the day you are interested in
and agree on the terms of your visit with them.

* “Switching teams”: all the teams switch after every game so that you can play with the largest number of players, regardless of the level. 

* “Fixed teams”: means that you stay as a fixed duo with the same chosen partner during the whole evening.

* “One day player”: can join the group for one evening (10$).
You must contact the organizer of the evening you’re interested in, to mutually agree of the conditions of your coming.

* “G.O.” as “Gentle Organizer”: always on site, they ensure the good harmony of the session.

The registration process has changed over the last three sessions.

The ‘first come, first served’ principle, which caused too much stress and unfairness when filling out the forms, is no longer in place. There is no need to rush to send your response; you now have two days to choose the number of game slots you want and, most importantly, your order of preference.

A random draw will then determine the allocation of registrants to the various weekly sessions.

At the end of this process, you will receive an email confirming your choices or your place on the waiting list.

In order to put our inclusion policy into practice, we are keen to encourage greater participation by women and/or transgender and non-binary people within the G-Bleus. People belonging to these categories will be given priority when places are allocated.

Following our survey, we have decided to refine the parameters of the draw in order to strike a balance between those who did not obtain a place this autumn, former active members and new members wishing to join the league for the first time.

In keeping with our commitment to inclusivity, a 50% discount will be offered to individuals earning less than $35,000 per year. After registering, please contact the G.O. responsible for your evening for more details.
